  • Yes you can! Once you log into our web portal you can click on “My Invoices” to see any open invoices you might have. To make a payment, click on the box next to the invoice(s) you want to pay, then choose “Pay Selected” in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

  • For most of the year, we are open Monday - Friday from 8:30 to 4:30. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day we are open Monday - Thursday from 8:30 to 4:30, and Friday from 8:30 to noon.

  • Absolutely. We use a secure web portal called NetClient CS that will allow you to upload documents securely, as well as receive your completed tax return and supporting materials. To register with NetClient, please contact the BHB Advisors Administrator.

  • This is our standard Engagement Letter which specifies the terms of our engagement with you, and clarifies the nature and extent of the services we will provide. The AssureSign email allows you to digitally sign the letter.

  • Multi-factor authentication is a second layer of security required by online service providers to protect your data. Thomson Reuters, the maker of NetClient CS, is requiring multi-factor authentication for all users, for added security protection.

  • Most likely this has happened because you have a new phone. You will need to reach out to the Administrator at BHB Advisors to request a 24-hour code. This will allow you to log into your NetClient CS portal, and update your devices. In your NetClient CS account, at the top right click on your name, and then click on “Manage Multi-factor Authentication” to add your new device.

  • As of now, passwords for the portal expire after every 90 days. If you click on “Forgot password” you can have a new one sent to you. If you try to log in too many times with the wrong password your account will be locked for a 24-hour period.
